Any tips for selling a barely used {sectional} couch?

I bought a light cream-colored contemporary sectional about two years ago, and since it was custom ordered I paid about 00 for it which included stain guard (warranted for up to ten years). Problem is no one in my family will sit on it when they come to visit because the light color makes them nervous of staining it. So now it really is just a huge space-taker that’s not good for anything because no one will sit on it. It is in excellent (looks brand new) condition, has only been in our smoke-free/kid-free/pet-free house, and still has the original manufacturer tags attached to the back. So what is the best way for me to go about selling it? The only used furniture stores around here are antique dealers, so I am looking for a possible online store such as craigslist, but not sure what type of approach to take to make sure I get the most for my money…
***What would be a good price range, I know I need to cut my losses but would like to keep a little green :)

Where can I find a metal baby bed or a two tone wood baby bed????

what colours should I paint my walls ?

Im not sure whether a grey/dark blue or light blue or red would look better ? its contemporary style,with a white leather couch, 2 black barcelona leather chairs, pine floor boards ; white gloss entertainment unit with tv on top, down lights, have a large picture of the beach in the room..

Chandelier Ceiling Fan?

I’m looking for chandelier ceiling fans, but not the kind that seem to be readily available everywhere as "chandelier ceiling fans".
I’m trying to find the kind that has the fan part close to the ceiling and then has the chandelier part drop down from the middle of the fan.
I’m interested in the more contemporary lines. Do these even exist?

Currently all I can find is where the fan and lighting part drop down from the ceiling together, which wouldn’t work for my purpose!
Any help/links would be greatly appreciated!
